White Water is important for health? That's for sure buddy. Behind its simple, refreshing thirst this one does have remarkable properties for the body. But what happens if we're bored with plain water but want to drink something that has efficacy as good as water? Apart from the water, it turns out we still have seven healthy beverages that have great properties such as water.

  1. Chamomile Tea

    Green tea or what we often know as green tea contains polyphenols which launched metabolism and burn body fat very well. Thus, green tea is a beverage that is perfect if you want to keep your weight stable. In addition, green tea also contains antioxidants that can reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease.

  6. Tomato juice
    Tomato juice can reduce the risk of cancer in the body because it is rich in vitamins and lycopene.

  7. Black Tea
    Black tea contains flavonoids and antioxidants which are anti-cancer substances. A research has shown that by sipping a cup of black tea may lower the risk of squamous cell carcinoma in the body by 30%, which is a substance found in skin cancer.
